I am a newly single Mom. The mortgage broker I was currently connected with said it would be impossible for me to get a mortgage (I was in a current contract for work until end of June, this was March, with extreme high chances that a continuous contract would be offered for the fall). Felice was recommended to me by a colleague/real estate agent.
Right from the start, Felice had my back. I explained my difficult situation to him (hoping to keep my house, going through a nasty divorce). Felice not only got me pre-approved to take over my house, but he ensured it stayed pre-approved while my ex continued to drag out the process. Another 7.5 months went by before we had everything finalized and the house was officially mine.
There were many times we thought through the process we would be at the end, and then another delay was thrown our way.
