He knows his field extremely well and was excellent in explaining anything and everything about the process from start to finish. However there was no issue at all as his delegated colleague at The Mortgage Group handled the final mortgage execution with great care. Felice was also contact with us and the delegate throughout the final process while he was out of the country. We also had a tight schedule as the seller wanting a very quick close. This was no problem though and everything was in place in time. Even our realtor (with decades of experience) commented on how impressed he was with the speed and commitment in getting the financing in place.
